Once your job is live:
- Candidates find your role on selected job boards
- They apply directly through those platforms
- All applications are automatically collected in Spheric
You can review all applicants from your dashboard without needing to manage multiple platforms.
Pay-as-you-go model
If you’re using the pay-as-you-go model:
- Your role is posted through Spheric’s job board distribution
- Candidates apply via platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed
- The posting is managed through Spheric’s accounts
Business plan
If you’re using the Business plan:
- You can integrate your own job board accounts
- Your role is published through your company’s LinkedIn or Indeed
- Candidates apply through your own channels
What happens after a candidate applies
- Applications are automatically collected in Spheric
- Candidates enter the screening process
- They are evaluated based on your role criteria
