1. Create a job
Start by creating a job within Spheric. You’ll define role details, requirements and qualifications, evaluation criteria, and thresholds.
This information is used to guide how candidates are screened and assessed.
2. Post on selected job boards
Once your job is ready, you can publish it to selected job boards.
This helps you reach a wider pool of candidates and centralize applications in one place.
3. Candidates start applying
Candidates apply through your job postings.
All applications are automatically collected and organized within Spheric, so you don’t need to manage multiple platforms.
4. AI screening and interviews
This step helps identify the most relevant candidates quickly and consistently. Spheric uses AI to evaluate candidates at scale.
During this stage, candidates go through AI-led interviews, the system asks structured, role-specific questions, and responses are analyzed based on your predefined criteria.
5. Review top candidates
After AI screening, you’ll receive a shortlist of top candidates. At this stage, you can:
- Review candidate profiles and responses
- Compare candidates based on evaluation results
- Select candidates for final interviews
6. Make hiring decisions
Once you’ve completed your final interviews, you can move forward with your hiring decision. Spheric helps you reach this stage faster by reducing manual screening and highlighting the most qualified candidates early in the process.
