Choosing a plan for your job posting

In Spheric, plans are selected per job posting, not at the account level.

This means you choose the plan that best fits your needs each time you publish or repost a role.

How plan selection works

When publishing a job, you will:

• Select a plan during checkout
• Choose where your job will be distributed
• Confirm your payment

Each job posting can have a different plan.

What this means

• There is no global plan for your account
• You can choose a different plan for each role
• You can adjust your strategy depending on your hiring needs

Can I change the plan of an existing role?

Plans cannot be modified once a job posting is active.

If you want a different plan, you can:

• Create a new posting
• Select a different plan during checkout

Best practices

• Use Basic for lower-cost visibility
• Use Standard for targeted reach
• Use Premium for maximum exposure
