This is typically used for technical roles where hands-on assessment is required.
How to configure a technical challenge
1. Start creating a new role
From your dashboard, create a new role.
You can do this by:
- Clicking “New Chat” in the left-hand menu under Roles
- Clicking the “+” icon below your organization name
- Clicking “Create New Role” in the top right corner

2. Complete role setup
Fill in the required role details, including:
- Role title and description
- Responsibilities
- Location and salary

3. Go to “Screening & AI Assessment”
Navigate to the Screening & AI Assessment section in the Role Builder.

4. Configure AI Technical Challenge
Set up how candidates will be evaluated during the technical assessment.
This may include:
- Defining the focus of the challenge
- Setting evaluation criteria
- Adjusting thresholds for progression


How it works
- Candidates who pass earlier stages will receive the technical challenge automatically
- They will complete the assessment as part of the interview process
- Their performance will be evaluated based on your configuration

Security and monitoring
Technical challenges include built-in monitoring features to help ensure integrity.
This may include:
- Video recording during the assessment
- Eye-tracking and behavior monitoring
You can review this information in the Interview tab of the applicant card.
What happens next
- Candidates are evaluated based on their performance
- Those who meet the thresholds move to the next stage
- Results are available in the Applicant Board and applicant card
